Need a (flexible) textile bag silo for storage? Discover the Flexxosilo! This textile storage bag or bag silo ‘hangs’ in a frame and is ideal for the storage and transit of light bulk goods. The silo is quick and easy to set up, even in hard-to-reach places and especially suitable for indoors. For the frame, depending on the dimensions and maximum bulk weight, we choose from a galvanised tubular steel frame or a customer-specific (galvanised or coated) profile frame. The Flexxosilo is available in four variants, as a fixed and/or mobile (possibly foldable) version. This bag silo is suitable for the storage and transit of all kinds of light bulk goods, such as many granular materials expanded foam pellets and chips (EPS, EPE, EPP) and small plastic parts (caps, bottles). The fabric used in production depends on the needs and application. The Flexxosilo is designed to ensure maximum lifetime and therefore optimal payback time for our customers in all circumstances. We make this possible by choosing the best materials, using tested components and certified production and assembly.

- Depending on the specific characteristics of your product, we will choose fabric that is permeable to vapour, gas or air, or the opposite, a vapour, gas or airtight, moisture-resistant and/or antistatic fabric. Different combinations of (other) fabrics and production techniques are possible.
- The design of the silo frame is determined by the size and maximum bulk density in your silo. We supply galvanized tubular steel or customer specific profile frames.
- For a mobile solution we have developed a system consisting of our usual Flexxosilo connected to a mobile frame, which particularly suitable for temporary storage, storage of small quantities or flexible internal transport of light bulk goods.
- Various accessories are available on request; viewing strips, inspection zippers, compartments, service platforms, staircases, etc.
- The Flexxosilo can be supplied in volumes of 4 and 7.5 m³ and a maximum filling weight of 600 kg.
- The Flexxosilo is standard suitable for a load up to 25 tons.

FLEXXOSILO s
FIXED POSITION WITH CONE
The Flexxosilo consists of a storage bag made of a fabric that is determined depending on the application and on your requirements. Furthermore, the Flexxosilo comes with a frame that is custom made. The frame is made of galvanized (galvanized) steel tubes or custom-made painted or coated profile frames. The silo bag can be connected to any type of outlet system and can be equipped with different types of accessories, such as viewing hatches, inspection zippers, compartments, walkway platforms and stairs. MOBILE
The market asked if we could also develop a mobile variant. This is how the mobile Flexxosilo came about. This storage bag is based on the previously well-known Nicosilo, which can be folded by means of a special frame. The frame is on wheels, making this version easy to move. This makes the bag very suitable as temporary storage for bulk goods that need to be transported, for example, or for bulk goods used at different locations.

MOBILE & FOLDABLE
Besides the need for a mobile Flexxosilo, there is also a great need for a mobile and collapsible variant in one. Hence the creation of the mobile and collapsible Flexxosilo. It can be collapsed using a special frame. The frame is on wheels, making this variant easy to move. This makes the bag, as well as the mobile variant, very suitable as a temporary storage place for bulk goods that need to be transported, for example, or for bulk goods used at different locations.

FLAT-BOTTOMED SILO
Besides the Flexxosilo with cone, we also offer a so-called flat-bottomed silo, with a zip as access door. Ideal if a lot of storage volume is required, but there is little height in the storage area. No special facilities are required for the floor, and the silo is easy to assemble and move. The polyester fabrics are breathable, conductive (anti-static), wear-resistant and maintenance-free. The support frame is a solid, modular, system of fully galvanised steel tubes and tube clamps. We can also provide air transport to blow the EPS iso-beads from the bulk truck into your silo and from the silo to the trailer, bus or truck on a turn-key basis. The conveying air can leave the silo through the air-permeable roof (self-venting system).
