Need a (flexible) textile storage system? Discover the Flexxosilo! This textile storage bag or bag silo ‘hangs’ in a steel support frame and is ideal for the storage and transit of light and medium-weight bulk goods. The silo is quick and easy to set up, even in hard-to-reach places and especially suitable for indoor use. For the frame, we apply a galvanised tubular steel frame or a customer-specific (galvanised or coated) profile frame, depending on the dimensions and maximum bulk weight. The Flexxosilo is available in four variants, as a fixed (with cone suspended free from the floor or with base resting on the floor) and/or mobile (possibly foldable) version. This flexxo silo is suitable for the storage and transit of all kinds of light bulk goods, such as expanded foam pellets and chips (EPS, EPE, EPP) as well as medium-weight raw materials for foodstuffs, such as flour, soya and lupin flour. The choice of materials for the silo bag is fully matched to the specific characteristics of the storage product and the way the silo is filled and emptied. The Flexxosilo is designed to ensure maximum lifetime and therefore optimal payback time for our customers in all circumstances. We make this possible by going for the best choice of materials, by using tested components and by certified production and assembly.

- Depending on the specific characteristics of the storage product, an air-permeable or rather airtight fabric is used. Various combinations of fabrics and production techniques are possible.
- The silo frame is designed depending on the storage volume and bulk density of the storage product. We supply galvanised steel tube or custom-made profile frames.
- For a mobile solution, we have developed a system consisting of our usual Flexxosilo coupled to a mobile frame, particularly suitable for temporary storage, storage of small quantities or flexible internal transport of light bulk goods.
- Various accessories are available on request; viewing strips, inspection zippers, compartments, service platforms, staircases, etc.
- The mobile Flexxosilo can be supplied in volumes of 4 and 7.5 m³ and a maximum fill weight of 600 kg.
- The fixed Flexxosilo is available up to 20 tonnes load, at a bulk density of up to 600 kg/m3

FLEXXOSILO s
FIXED POSITION WITH CONE
The Flexxosilo S consists of a steel support frame and a storage bag made of very strong, low-stretch and conductive (anti-static) fabrics. The right materials are chosen depending on the application, properties of the storage product and the way of filling and emptying the silo. The Flexxosilo comes with a frame that is made to measure. The frame is made of galvanised, steel tubes or custom-made painted or coated profile frames. The silo bag can be connected to any kind of entry or exit system and can be fitted with various types of accessories, such as viewing hatches, inspection zips, compartments, walkways and stairs. flexxosilo S, type M
MOBILE
The market asked us to develop a mobile version as well. This led to the development of the mobile Flexxosilo, which can be moved using a special frame on wheels. The frame is on wheels, making this variant easy to move. This makes this mobile silo very suitable for (small) production batches of deviating colours, different bulk densities and so on.

MOBILE & FOLDABLE
Like type M, Flexxosilo S type MC is mobile, but it can also be folded. When collapsed after use, it takes up up to 60% less space. Ideal for temporary use and limited storage space.

FLAT-BOTTOMED SILO
Besides the Flexxosilo with cone suspended freely from the floor, we also offer a so-called flat-bottom silo. This silo bag with a flat floor resting on the floor and door zip for access is ideal when a lot of storage volume is required, but there is little height available in the storage area. No special provisions are required for the floor and the silo is easy to build and move. The polyester silo bag fabrics are breathable, conductive (anti-static), wear-resistant and maintenance-free. The support frame is a solid, modular, system of fully galvanised steel tubes and tube clamps. We can also provide air transport -to blow the EPS iso-beads from the bulk truck into your silo and from the silo to the trailer, bus or truck- on a turn-key basis. The transport air can leave the silo through the air-permeable roof (self-venting system).
