Why the Flexxomat and not a regular disinfection method?

The Flexxomat is extremely suitable for internal transport and passenger traffic.
The disinfection mat by Flexxolutions prevents the spread of micro-organisms and dirt.
In combination with some accessories, the Flexxomat can be used automatically. These accessories automatically refill the disinfection mat.
The 8 mm thick Flexxomat stays in position thanks to its patented design, which incorporates stainless steel in the mat to prevent the edges from curling and the mat from moving. As a result, unlike other disinfection methods such as disinfection trays and traditional thick disinfection mats , there is no tripping hazard either!
The mat is resistant to most common disinfectants. As a result, you can usually apply your own disinfectant.

The underside consists of a shape-stable non-slip, shape-stable film, the absorbent padding consists of flexible multifilament absorbent and the top deck is highly abrasion-resistant to withstand frequent transport movements with minimal wear.

Specifications of standard Flexxomat

Available in standardised sizes with a width of 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 cm at a length of 200 cm. Customer-specific dimensions are possible up to a width of 500cm.
Thanks to the innovative internal stainless steel stabilisation plates, the disinfection mat is virtually impervious to curling in both directions (patent no. 2007148).
The mat stays in position thanks to its innovative design, but can also be moved. No drill holes required.

Complete unburdening

Is stopping the spread of micro-organisms priority number 1 and therefore the guaranteed effective operation of a disinfection mat a must? Then we have the solution for you. Flexxomat, the disinfection mat from Flexxolutions, features an internal liquid distribution tunnel. In combination with the timer-controlled Flexxo pump, the mat is automatically (re)filled. The automatic filling of the mat ensures uninterrupted operation and avoids wasting precious disinfectant. The internal liquid distribution tunnel also allows effective cleaning of the disinfection mat from the inside (pump-controlled or via the water tap, flushing with clean water or disinfectant).

The Flexxomat can be equipped with an internal fluid distribution tunnel and a unique conductivity sensor. In combination with the monitoring Flexxopomp, the mat is filled fully automatically. Fully automatic filling of the mat ensures uninterrupted operation and prevents waste of expensive disinfectant. The internal fluid distribution tunnel also offers the possibility to clean the mat effectively from the inside (pump-controlled flushing with clean water or disinfectant).

The Flexxomat can either be refilled manually with disinfectant using a watering can/bucket or siphon. Each Flexxomat is available in standard and customer-specific sizes.

Automatic filling

Each Flexxomat is equipped with a liquid distribution tunnel. The optional pump ensures that the mat is refilled with disinfectant at set time intervals.

Options accessories

Various accessories are available to make using the Flexxomat even easier. For example, you can extend the Flexxomat with a mobile unit. This unit is equipped with a stainless steel hanging board to which a Flexxo pump or Flexxoturi is attached, a container for storage of (diluted) disinfectant and possibly a soap holder with which a complete mini disinfection station can be created. The dosing pumps matched to the Flexxomat – Flexxopomp and Flexxoturi – are also available from us. Feel free to ask us about the options that best suit your situation!

The Flexxotrolley

The Flexxotrolley is a mobile disinfection unit that can be used in combination with the Flexxomat. With this unit, all accessories needed for automatic filling of the Flexxomat are complete.

The Flexxoturi is a water-driven venturi pump that sucks disinfectant concentrate from the Flexxo container along with the water in the correct ratio (set %) and pumps diluted disinfectant to the mat. This pump is regulated by a water timer

The Flexxopomp is an electric hose pump, which pumps diluted disinfectant from the Flexxocontainer to the mat through peristaltic movements of the hose. This pump is regulated by a timer.
