Flexxolutions offers innovative products and solutions made from technical textiles for example for silo roofs for the biogas industry. All of our products and innovations are designed to ensure maximum durability under all conditions. As a result, they are extremly durableto ensure a maximum lifespan in all circumstances and is therefore extremly durable for our customers. We achieve this by choosing the best materials and tested components. In addition, our entire production and assembly is certified. Flexxolutions has extensive experience in innovative, sustainable and customer-specific engineering, production and installation, such as in storage systems. We offer disinfection mats to prevent the spread of dangerous micro-organisms in places where food is processed or crops are grown. But we also use our knowledge to develop new innovations, such as the Flexxotoilet for refugee camps. Our products may not seem very ‘hip’, but they do contribute to a better and healthier world. COVER SYSTEMS
SILO COVER
This silo cover is suitable for concrete, element and steel silos with a diameter of up to 54 m. The cover ensures a 95% reduction in gas emissions including methane and carbon dioxide.

STRETCHED OVER CENTRE COLUMN
In steel or stainless steel silos, tensioning is often used by extending the centre column. This ensures tight assembly.

ACTIVE MAINTENANCE
The Flexxocover Active Maintenance is specially designed for frequent silo or cover maintenance. The cover is designed to take less than one hour to open and close.
SILO ROOF WITH GASTIGHT LUNG
The Flexxocover with Lung is a double membrane roof. The inner membrane keeps (bio)gas inside and the tensioned outer membrane keeps out external influences.
OVER- / UNDERPRESSURE VALVE
The Flexxovalve pressure valve is designed to release gas into overpressure situations or allow air in underpressure situations in biogas plants, gastight silos or manure bags.
BIOGAS LEAKAGE MEASUREMENT
Flexxolutions is in possession of a gas camera for several years now to carry out gas leakage measurements. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are also able to repair eventual leaks on the spot.

DOUBLE MEMBRANE ROOF
This double membrane roof is mostly used in the biogas industry and is extremely suitable as silo roofs at silos where renewable energy is generated or stored.
SILO ROOF WITH GASTIGHT LUNG
The Flexxocover with lung is a double-layer membrane roof. The inner membrane keeps (bio)gas in and the tensioned outer membrane keeps external influences out.
SILO ROOF GASTIGHT
The gastight version of the Flexxocover ensures its gastightness thanks to the gastight ridge construction, manholes and transition from silo roof to silo wall.
GAS HOLDER
The Flexxosphere gas holder is designed to store gas. Its attractive convex shape ensures maximum storage volume and can withstand pressures between 0 and +15.0 mbar as standard.
OVER- / UNDERPRESSURE VALVE
The Flexxovalve over- and under-pressure valve is designed to release gas or admit air in over- and under-pressure situations in biogas plants, gastight silos or manure bags.
BIOGAS LEAKAGE MEASUREMENT
For several years, Flexxolutions has owned a gas camera to perform gas leakage measurements as required. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are also able to repair these leaks on site.
STORAGE
MANURE BAG
The Flexxobag is a storage bag suitable for large volumes between 100 and 7,000 m³. This bag can be used for almost any type of liquid, from manure and digestate to liquids such as petrol.
LIQUID STORAGE
This flexible storage tank is also suitable for almost any type of liquid. The main advantage of this storage tank is that no installation is required: just roll it out and it’s ready to use!
FLEXXOSILO LIGHT BULK STORAGE
The Nicosilo is a silo made of technical textiles and is extremely suitable for the transit and storage of light bulk goods. This silo can also be supplied in a mobile version.
TRUCKLINER LIGHT BULK TRANSPORT
The Truckliner is often used for products that require dust-proof or low-dust transport. The liner can be seen as an internal silo in trucks or containers and is fully custom-made.

DISINFECTIION

The disinfection mat prevents the spread of diseases by disinfecticting transport wheels and shoe soles in environments where crops grow and food is produced.

WASH
QUICKLY DEPLOYABLE emergency toilet
The Flexxotoilet is a quick to set up emergency toilet which can be used in refugee camps. This toilet was developed by Flexxolutions in collaboration with UNICEF and the French Médecins Sans Frontières.
Quickly deployable emergency shower
The Flexxoshower is a washing cabin that can be used quickly in (international) disasters or for example in refugee camps. Thanks to the modular design, these cabins are easy to transport in large quantities.
drinking water storage tank
This flexible bladder tank can be made 100% sterile by gamma radiation, making it suitable for drinking water. The kit comes with tap stands, hoses and tooling.
