The Flexxobag is a storage bag suitable for large volumes ranging from 100 to 7,000 m³. Special strong 1100 gr/m² foil (certified by KIWA) is used to make the manure bag also suitable for storing liquids such as manure, digestate or water. We realise this by using the best materials available on the market, through the application of tested components and certified production and assembly. why the flexxobag and not a regular manure bag?
- Quality is guaranteed by design, production and in-house assembly under KIWA K73883 and ISO-9001.
- The foil that is used in our products is extremely stable in shape and produced by a West European supplier. Different thicknesses are possible according to requirements.
- Flexxolutions designs the Flexxobag in base with a ground balance zero. This means that you do not need to bring or remove sand.
- The Flexxobag is equipped with continuous upper tensioning tubes. Due to this uniform tension, the expected lifespan increases significantly.
- Our tensioning tubes are made of stainless steel, where others often use galvanized steel. This, too, significantly extends the expected lifespan.
- Our inspection opening is made of impact-resistant polypropylene tubes, where others often use polystyrene foam. This also ensures a significantly longer expected life span!
- Our engineering department efficiently designs your specific requirements from our basic design. This ensures an optimal design at the lowest possible investment.

Specifications Flexxobag
- Available volumes from 100 to 7,000 m³.
- Delivery always includes de-aeration positions and 1 inspection opening.
- Standard foil: polyester fabric with 2-sided PVC; 1150 gr/m². Stronger foils possible if desired or needed.
- Standard equipped with 1 mixer opening/manhole of 120*120 cm. Multiple openings or other dimensions are of course possible.
- Installation within 4 prefab soil dishes, with a slope of 2% towards the middle, to promote a good draining.
- The stainless steel posts, high-tension elastic and polyester straps ensure that the Flexxobag is firmly fixed at 3 height positions.
- Optionally we can equip the Flexxobag with electrical or mechanical mixers. We can also advise you on the installation of the mixers in a well-founded manner.
