OVER / UNDER PRESSURE SAFETY VALVE

With the Flexxovalve, a pressure safety device from Flexxolutions, silo roofs & storage tanks are protected against over- and underpressure. Ideal for e.g. biogas plants and manure bags. This over and under pressure valve relieves built-up, impermissible pressure on closed silo roofs or liquid storage tanks. This pressure can occur during cleaning, filling, emptying, gas supply or due to thermal conditions. An over and under pressure valve can be used to prevent possible damage to the cover or silo. In addition, a vacuum in the tank must be compensated when the tank is emptied to prevent it from being sucked in. The Flexxovalve from Flexxolutions is an over and under pressure valve that is suitable for venting gas or admitting air in over and under pressure situations in biogas plants or gas-tight silos. The Flexxovalve is available in different versions, which offer protection for different pressures. The Flexxovalve over and under pressure valve is designed to ensure a maximum lifespan in all circumstances and is therefore extremly durable for our customers. This enables us to go for the best choice of material, through the application of tested components and through certified production and assembly.

Ideal for biogas installations and manure bags for example. This over/under pressure valve ensures that accumulated, unacceptable pressure is relieved from closed silo roofs or storage tanks for liquids. This pressure may build up during cleaning, filling, emptying, gas supply or thermal conditions. With an over/under pressure valve, possible damage to the cover or silo can be prevented. In addition, a vacuum in the tank must be compensated for when emptying to prevent it from being sucked in. The Flexxovalve from Flexxolutions is an over/under pressure valve that is suitable for venting gas or allowing air to enter in over/under pressure situations in biogas installations or gas tight silos. The Flexxovalve is available in different versions, which offer protection for different pressures. The Flexxovalve over/under pressure valve has been designed to ensure a maximum lifespan under all circumstances and is therefore extremly durable for our customers. why the Flexxovalve and no regular over / under pressure valve?

The Flexxovalve is made entirely of stainless steel-316 components, which means that it offers long-term protection in all weathers.
All Flexxovalves have a raised chimney, so in all cases the valve can be assembled on a platform. This ensures that the operating personnel are protected from possible outflowing biogas.
All Flexxovalves have an integrated self-supporting construction, so no support frame is required.
The quality is guaranteed by design, production and assembly under our own management under ISO-9001.
The valves are equipped with a quick-to-open viewing window for inspection or cleaning and to be able to discharge any accumulating foam quickly, if necessary.
The 1000 W+ over / under pressure valve is certified and tested by TÜV Rheinland under number TÜV1241918851.
